Chloe Sevingy 4 Opening Ceremony (Shoes Obsession)

Would you ever need another pair of boots after purchasing these two? I think not. First are classic & sexy, the second, grungy and the quintessential 90's shape.

Look at the way the leather wrinkles. Leather is too sexual, I think I might have a leather fetish. I do have several leather jackets, shorts, a dress and quite a few waistcoats and bags(and boots) YUP I GOTTA PROBLEM.

I know your probably thinking I'm way behind on this one but when these came out I was too busy to blog about it then I stumbled across them again and recalled having tiny little orgasmic shivers when I looked at these stunning creations. It's not like Chloe Sevingy isn't already stunning & hip but is also very talented, by the looks of things too. These shoes are as sexy as Jeffrey Campbells. Yes I said it. The price tag however means they will continue to be the shoes of my dreams, and the fact they are most likely sold out means I don't have to fool myself that no one would of noticed if I maxed out my credit card, had no money to eat and started licking my own shoes. But seriously...I fucking love her. I could look at her FOREVER. I could literally repost every picture I find of her but that would be creepy.

And these creeper style shoes. I've had a picture of these lurking on my iPad since they first came out. So classic and simple. Get in my dream closet!

What is PASTEL GOTH you say?

SO you say...WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT? And why has your blog turned into a Japanese teenage girls wet dream? Okay I'm sorry that I'm to old to hang out with teenagers but that
doesn't mean i don't love teen style! I've picked out some images that I think sum up what Pastel Goth is about, from what I can see it's a softened interpretation of goth (which is a trend I personally never move on from) scene,(dare I say it a little bit emo) and a whole lotta KAWAII. And I'm not ashamed to say I think it's just adorable! Teen bloggers and TUMBLR addicts are all over this trend. You heard it here first!

I love the chalky washed out hair colours, Skeletons, strong lip colour & gothic make up, DIY, studded everything, A BIT PUNKY AND A BIT GRUNGY, sheers, PASTELS OBVIOUSLY, flower crowns and plastic princess tiara's (made famous by THE most famous teen blogger Tavi, aka..ROOKIE. If you haven't heard of her....like.where have you been?!)

Picture below, Machine A (check out that rockabilly hair do!), Audrey Kitching in middle (one of the most famous 'Scene Queens' is the perfect model with her ever changing candy floss hair!)And Clash magazine:

Japanese street fashion has a lot to do with the Harajuku/ Lolita/ CUTE/ princess aesthetic, and my new favourite brand NIKKILIPSTICK really packs a punky pastel coloured punch.

POLYVORE is the perfect place to see how the teens are playing with this trend, and great if you are not sure which items you'd like to invest in.

Uk blogger (http://kaylahadlington.blogspot.co.uk/) bopped this trend on the nose A while back with this perfectly co ordinated hair and shirt combo and lush black lips.

Last summer Pastel dip dyed cut offs started to emerge and now this kind of studded customised badboys are set to stay a little longer! And I'm very happy about that, as I'm still to find my perfect bleachy, purple tinted cross encrusted pair! We will only know to stop lusting after them once TOPSHOP out out a meek watered down version. If it ends up in TOPSHOP the trend is well and truly over. Well that's my opinion and I'm not gonna change it for nobody.

Feeling BLAHHHH blah blah...BLEUGH!

Just having a sudden end of week rush of activity after a week of feeling mentally and physically crappy. Last weekend was all Ebay hassles (people can be really shifty and annoying!) which started my week off generally lacking in motivation to even get dressed.I've just mainly been faffing about looking and feeling shite and doing Ebay listing 'blahness'. Have already sold my JC Litas (total BALL-ACHE!) Patent Docs and a bunch of Allsaints stuff (I used to be a concession manager so I had loads on discount). I'll include link for those of you that want to see what I've got up and grab a bargain! (Click this LINK then to see the rest you can just click 'see other items' oh and don't forget to 'save this seller' too so you get first dibs on new items listed!)

I've not been in the mood to even put on make up as you will tell from the pictures below. My expressions are very telling of how I've felt this week. Basically I've started a new pill Yasmin after having problems with other forms of contraception (don't even talk to me about the Coil!). I've decided to give the pill another chance, but as a result I've been a bit depressive and all over the place, as my hormones adjust. Manic you might say. Ben has been great, as always, but I certainly wouldn't of wanted to spend the last week with me. I'm hoping and praying that it settles down. For his sake as much as mine.

On the up side I've been selling shit all over the place man! On Etsy I've even had a sale to one of the SISTERS OF THE BLACK MOON! Yes the truly inspirational SOTBM!!! Sara is buying these bad boys which I literally freaked out when I found then nearly cried that they are one size too small, she is so lucky with her wee feets! Can't wait to send them to her, hopefully we might even see them used in an editorial! I will die happy to see that! Aren't they sexual though? So perfect. Damn my big toes. She seems lovely though- actually I might ask for a wee sneaky interview or ask her to send me an exclusive picture of her wearing them for my blog, so you guys believe me!

I've just got in from buying up some awesome new stock for me Etsy shop, expect more VELVET, florals, sheers, and 'The Craft' 90's coats. So no surprises there! Oh that is a lie - sequins are a surprise! Here is a tiny teaser...

Also I treated myself to two oversized band tees (which I've worn but not taken pics of yet!) and a pair of heeled Cat boots from Ebay, shown in pictures below. These pictures are the ugly truth, nay make up, clothes thrown on, last two coats are teasers that I'm selling. The £3.50 smiley stripe tee is so bad its good (I think?!) I actually HATE diamontes but the combo of black and yellow and smiley face just works in a shitey 90's way. What do you think? I got the hat for 99p. Bargain muchness.Cardi was £4.50, boots £12.50, and are AMAZING so nay sayin anything else!

Sparkle belly & Booties!
Canny stand my face.
don't forget to get MILK AND BUTTER...thanks to my hand list I DID remember!
Girl Lost in this World.
Clean your mirror ya shitey face. You can really see the full glory of the tee here.
wearing my hat true E17 style! YEAH.
SO messy!!!
I'm a Big Black Hairy BEAR, in hibernation.
Thats not to you guys, its to anyone who pissed me off this week.
And thats to my ex boyfriends, one of which friend requested me on facebook, then retracted it?!
Generally DOOM-ness
BUT this coat cheered me up though! Amazing 70's St Micheal perfect condition, fits like a glove!
(Soz bout the shiney face, nay make up face, nothing but tiny bit of eyeliner!)
I may sell it, not sure tho, might have to sell one of my coats instead and keep it. PEACH HUH?!
MOOD swing
My view of the world this week- from my bed in my jammies, feeling sorry for silly self.

Oh and here is a song I've listened to constantly for the last few weeks, reminds me of Glasgow in the early 2000's, my Bf Aldo introduced me to them. Its by another one of my fav bands SLINT, from '89, I think. Ace.

Peace to my sistas! xxx

Collar Me Up the Eiffel Confessions.

(Warning..probably the most I've shared with you guys coming up...)

Hey peeps, frivolous stuff first...I finally found a top in my wardrobe that I think really goes with my collar (from the New Look sale) I like how the gold and silver compliment the colours of it. I tried it on with my Motley Crue tee which is kinda multicoloured, but I wasn't happy with how the pictures turned out. I'll add a pic at the end so you can see or yourself, I think this is way better!

I'm also playing about with my jewellery and badges at the moment, I've pictured a few of my favourites in my collection.

Oh and I cut my fringe a lot shorter than I did originally, in homage to the Vulcans and their wonderfully tidy short fringes!(That is what Spock is from StarTrek, non-trekkies...If there is any!?)Geek? Me?!

I've tried out some new make up ideas too, and without mascara which is a nice change. I noticed a picture on Tumblr of two girls with red eyeshadow and I remembered this loose shadow I've had for ages, and tried it out under my bottom eyelashes. I like its gothy connotations.

My only worry is, I think I stopped wearing it because people kept asking me if I was all right, and had I been crying. My boyfriend isn't keen either. I didn't put it on too heavy for this reason. I should be used to this kind of make up ingnorance, in school the boys would say 'Have you got black eyes? Did you get punched?' mocking my (innovative if somewhat daring) eyeshadow, well it was the 90's and I was a bit of a Goth, not much has changed.

I like the moon on this tee, bought in Paris (no way!)on one of my visits, about 2007... I went with a boy who had a crush on me, long story, but short story is that although we got very drunk and had fun it was a big mistake! He revealed his crush and pestered me the whole trip. I wasn't interested. OOPS.
A little close up of my ferocious freind, drooling on ye's.
Life has sucked quite a bit recently, namely with work issues, getting messed about with shifts and lack of by the agencies I work for, but at least I have you guys (bless), I'm sooo very grateful to everyone of my followers and anyone who reads my blog, its taken me a while to get into the swing of things (and I had a very demanding full time job!)but I'm always learning and ALWAYS enjoying doing it.

I don't even really write about personal stuff normally but I try to show my personality in my pictures and the little jokes I write, I hope you get that. I'm like anyone, I have my down days, and right now I just really need my etsy shop to do well, otherwise I honestly don't know what I'm going to do with my life! I'm not cut out for normal jobs anymore, I've become like a wild animal, I can't be caged. My creative juices are flowing (eugh thats such a gross phrase dunno why I used it) and they can't be stopped!
New necklace, just chucked it on, will make a proper outfit just for this piece, I have a cool B&W sheer spotty shirt I'm saving...

My blog is my self indulgent escape where I'm in control (I'm quite Obsessive & Compulsive, a nervous person, a fidgit) but here everything looks how I imagine it to be. I'd be so frustrated and lost if I didn't have this outlet. I have so many friends who are successful designers/ artists etc...and sometimes I feel like I've been left behind. I didn't have a privileged up bringing and I've worked my hands down to gnarley nubs, something has got to click soon surely?
Two of my favs- my wee Allsaints Ramskull, and eye pendant!
FACT.You can NEVER have TOO MANY CROSSES. Oh and new skull bracelet peeking in.
I'm not religious (but I do dig the words of Buddah) I doubt everything and try to be someone my family can be proud of, even if they don't quite understand why I'm different. My mum once said 'There is something about you Fran I don't quite get, a vunerability.' I was shocked because she had finally seen through my wall, to the me I had been hiding from her and everyone. I've always been the strong one, the confident one, the one they don't need to worry about.
more skulls and more crosses, anyone noticing a theme
I'm flawed, but imperfections fascinate me and the Latin phrase 'Sic Parvis Magna' (Greatness from small beginnings) INSPIRES me and fills me with HOPE! (Heehee...can you tell we've been playing Uncharted3 in my house?)
You can see my eyshadow in this one, I did the silver in the corners again, I really like how it just finishes it off with a more polished look. I didn't put eyeliner along the waterline either, just trying to keep it light, almost used white there instead. This necklace was broken for so long, now its fixed but the naughty bugger is facing the wrong way round in this picture.
A necklace my pal made me for xmas a long time ago and some of my badges. The Owl one was a present and got the 'Suburbs' one at Arcade Fire gig at  Edinburgh Castle last year.
Proof, that the collar doesn't go AS WELL with this tee. Okay I'm a little strange. You should see the crazy faces I pull then edit out...infact heres one....

That is a skill that is.

My final thought is that I'm grateful for the life I have but I'm a flawed dreamer, so I've still got so far to go.
Peace Sisters.
